THIS MATTER, having come before the Court on the applica-
tion of the Colorado Water Conservation Board, and the Court,
being fully advised as to the matter of the application herein,
hereby makes the following findings:

The application herein was filed with the water clerk,
Water Division 7, on June 26, 1987. All notices required by law
for the filing of this application have been fulfilled, and the
court has jurisdiction over the application.

The Statement of Opposition filed by Objector Durango Ski
Corporation has been withdrawn by stipulation, which stipulation
is incorporated herein by Reference.

All matters contained in the application have been reviewed
and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the
Court finds that the statements contained in the application are
true and that Applicant is entitled to the water right requested
in the application.
