Water Judge remanded <br />the case to the. undersigned Water Referee for investigation and <br />rul big the reon. <br />6. That the Application herein Concerns a claim made pur- <br />suant to the provisions of C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-102(3) and C.R.S. <br />1973, 37-92-103(3), (4) and (10) known as Senate Bill 97, and <br />that the pu.rpose .of the appropriation claimed herein by. the <br />State of Colorado is to insure the preservation of a minimum <br />. stream level to protect .the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree. <br />7.
