The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity <br />of lat. 39 deg. 43'19"N, long. 105 deg. 47'33"W as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with West <br />Fork Clear Creek in the NE/4 SW/4 Sec. 28 T3S R74W 6th P.M. <br />as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approxi- <br />mately 7.0 miles. This segment .can be located on the <br />Gray's Peak, Georgetown and Empire U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Upstream terminus in the NW/4 Sec. <br />9 T4S R75W 6th P.M. <br /> <br />3.
