2. The legal description of the structure:

The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity
of lat. 40 deg. 56'33"N, long. 106 deg. 10'18"W as the
upstream terminus a~d extending to the confluence with an
unnamed tributary in the vicinity of lat. 40 deg. 59'50"N,
long 106 deg. 09'34"W as the downstream terminus, being a
distance of approximately 4.5 miles. This segment can be
located on the Kings Canyon U.S.G.S. quadrangl~(s).

For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has
translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into
approximate protracted section, township, and range location from
U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Upstream terminus in sec. 8 TllN
R78W 6th P.M.; downstream terminus in the NW/4 sec. 28 T12N R78W
6th P.M.

natural stream channel.
