All notices required by <br />law for the fll Lng of this appl ication have been fulfi lIed, and <br />the court has jurisdiction over tne appl ication. <br /> <br />No statements of opposition were filed to this application. <br /> <br />All matters contained in the application have been reviewed <br />and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the <br />court finds that the statements contained in the appl ication are <br />true and that appliCant t s entitled to the water right requested <br />in the appl icatton. <br />
