This segment can be located on the Basalt, <br />Leon and Carbondale U.5.G.S. quadrangles. <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segment in an unsurveyed <br />area, the division engineer has determined for administrative <br />purposes that the approximate legal description of the instream <br />flow termini as protracted from U.S.G.S. mapping is as follows: <br />downstream terminus in the SW/4 NW/4 S28 T75 R88W 6th P.M., more <br />specifically at a point whence the NE corner of said section <br />bears N64 30E, a distance of 5,500 ft. <br /> <br />Priority date: November 8, 1985. <br /> <br />Amount of water: Flow in c.f.s.: Instream flow of 145.0 <br />c.f.s. -- summer (April 1 through September 30); 75.0 c.f.s. -- <br />winter (October 1 through March 31). <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S.
