<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br />, <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED: <br /> <br />Name and address of claimant: <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 721 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />WATER RIGHT <br /> <br />Name of natural stream: Roaring Fork River <br /> <br />Location: Legal description of beginning and end points of <br />minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from the <br />confluence with the Fryingpan River in the SW/4 SE/4 57 T8S R86W <br />6th P.M. as the upstream terminus and extending to the confluence <br />with the Crystal River at lat. 39 deg. 25'07"N, long. 107 deg. <br />14' 09" W. as the downstream terminus being a distance of approx- <br />imately 12.8 miles. This segment can be located on the Basalt, <br />Leon and Carbondale U.5.G.S. quadrangles. <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segment in an unsurveyed <br />area, the division engineer has determined for administrative <br />purposes that the approximate legal description of the instream <br />flow termini as protracted from U.S.G.S. mapping is as follows: <br />downstream terminus in the SW/4 NW/4 S28 T75 R88W 6th P.M., more <br />specifically at a point whence the NE corner of said section <br />bears N64 30E, a distance of 5,500 ft. <br /> <br />Priority date: November 8, 1985. <br /> <br />Amount of water: Flow in c.f.s.: Instream flow of 145.0 <br />c.f.s. -- summer (April 1 through September 30); 75.0 c.f.s. -- <br />winter (October 1 through March 31). <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1987 <br />Supp.). <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the applicant shall install and <br /> <br />-2- <br />
