Point of diversion: the natural stream channel from headwaters in vicinity of Latitude <br />37018'26"N., Longitude l06046'34"W., as the upstream terminus & confluence East Fork <br />San Juan River at Latitude 37023'16"N., Longitude lQ60S0'46"W., as the downstream <br />terminus, being a distance of approximately 7.5 miles. Downstream terminus as protrac1 <br />from San Juan National Forest Map. 1974 U.S. Gov. Printing Office (781-231) is in <br />Sec'. 4, T.36N., R.IE., N.M.P.M. <br /> <br />4. Means of diversion: gravity flow in stream <br /> <br />5. ~pe of use: to insure the preservation of.a m~n~mum stream level to protect the natural <br />-.. envirorunent to a reasonable degree. <br />6. Amount of water: 10.0 c.f.s. ABSOLUTE FOR HIGH PERIOD AND 4.0 c.f.s. ABSOLUTE FOR <br />LOW PERIOD. THE FLOW PERIODS ARE DEFINED AS BEGINNING APRIL 1st AND ENDING AUGUST <br />31st FOR THE HIGH FLOW PERIOD & BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 1st AND ENDING MARCH 31st FOR THE <br />LOW FLOW PERIOD. <br /> <br />APPLICANT WILL INSTALL. AND MAINTAIN MEASURING DEVICES AND RECORDERS AND KEEP PROPER <br />RECORDS AS REQUIRED BY THE COLORADO DIVISION OF WATER RESOURCES. <br /> <br />APPLICANT~S RIGHTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL SENIOR RIGHTS AS ARE NOW OR WILL HEREAFTER BE <br />DETERMINED BY LAW. <br /> <br />7. Priority of water right: <br /> <br />January 30, 1980 <br /> <br />The.priority here awarded shall be junior to all priorities awarded in previous years.
