Amount of water: 10.0 c.f.s. ABSOLUTE FOR HIGH PERIOD AND 4.0 c.f.s. ABSOLUTE FOR <br />LOW PERIOD. THE FLOW PERIODS ARE DEFINED AS BEGINNING APRIL 1st AND ENDING AUGUST <br />31st FOR THE HIGH FLOW PERIOD & BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 1st AND ENDING MARCH 31st FOR THE <br />LOW FLOW PERIOD. <br /> <br />APPLICANT WILL INSTALL.
