A NATURAL STREAM <br /> <br />IN RIO GRANDe COUNTY <br /> <br />----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />This referee's report and ruling supercedes and amends <br />the referee's report and ruling previously filed on March <br />10. 1982 where It was stated "cubic feet/foot." and now <br />stands corrected to read "cubic feet/second." The claim of <br />the minimum stream flow In S is 14 not 124. All else remains <br />unchanged and is stated as follows: <br /> <br />THIS MATTER coming on to be heard this day before the <br />undersigned referee. upon examination of the records and <br />files herein. and upon his investigation. hereby makes the <br />following findings and rulings therein: <br /> <br />1. That the application of the Colorado water Con- <br />servation Board on behalf of the people of the State of Colo- <br />rado. for a minimum stream flow right. was filed on December <br />17. 1980. <br /> <br />2. That the water clerk for Water Division No.3 <br />Issued and caused a resume of said application to be pub- <br />lished and mailed as required by statute. <br /> <br />3. <br />expired on <br />were filed <br /> <br />That the time for filing statements of opposition <br />March 31. 1981 and no statement(s) of opposition <br />herein. <br /> <br />4. That the referee finds the facts as follows: <br /> <br />a. The name of the stream is Beaver Creek. <br />
