This referee's report and ruling supercedes and amends
the referee's report and ruling previously filed on March
10. 1982 where It was stated "cubic feet/foot." and now
stands corrected to read "cubic feet/second." The claim of
the minimum stream flow In S is 14 not 124. All else remains
unchanged and is stated as follows:

THIS MATTER coming on to be heard this day before the
undersigned referee. upon examination of the records and
files herein. and upon his investigation. hereby makes the
following findings and rulings therein:

1. That the application of the Colorado water Con-
servation Board on behalf of the people of the State of Colo-
rado. for a minimum stream flow right. was filed on December
17. 1980.

2. That the water clerk for Water Division No.3
Issued and caused a resume of said application to be pub-
lished and mailed as required by statute.
