RULING OF REFEREE

Pursuant to Order of Referral filed and entered in

the above case on August 15, 1980, the undersigned l~ater

Referee, having investigated the matter of the Application

on file herein, hereby makes the following findings and

ruling thereon:

FINDINGS OF FACT

1. T:lat the said Application was filed on August IS,

1980.

2. That the Water Clerk caused publication of such filing
as provided by statute; that the time for" filing Statements of

Opposition expired on the last day of October, 1930, and that

such a statement was filed on September.22, 1980, by John R.

Hill, Jr., Trial Attorney, on behalf of the United States of

America.

3. That the said Application concerns an appropriation
claimed pursuant to C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-102(3) and 37-92-103(3)
(4) and (10) known as Senate Bill 97.
4. That on November 21, 1980, the undersigned Water Referee

re-referred the case to the N'ater Judge.
