This segment can be located on the <br />Telluride, Gray Head U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segment(s) in an <br />unsurveyed area, the division engineer has determined for <br />administrative purposes that the approximate legal descrip- <br />tion of the instream flow termini as protracted from <br />U.S.F.S. Planimetric (1:31,680) mapping is as follows: <br />Upstream terminus in the SW/4 SE/4 NW/4 S5 T42N R8W NMPM <br />approximately 1420 ft. East of West Line; 2380 ft. South of <br />North Line; downstream terminus in the SE/4 NW/4 SE/4 S31 <br />T43N R9W NMPM approximately 1640 ft. West of East Line; 1610 <br />ft. North of South Line. <br /> <br />Priority date: July 13, 1984 provided, however, that <br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in <br />cases filed prior to 1984, and otherwise junior as provided <br />in section 37-92-306, C.R.S.
