All <br />notice~ required by law of the fil ing of this application <br />have ~een fulfilled. and the court has jurisdiction over <br />the dp~l ication. <br /> <br />~o stdt~ments of opposition were filed to the appl ica- <br />tion. an F~bruary 1;. 1'182 an entry of ap~parance ~as filed <br />on beHlf of the Jackson County ..ater Conservancy District. <br /> <br />~n June 15. 1982 the referee entered the rul ing grant- <br />ing the ap~lications but omittiny certain terms and condi- <br />tions contained in the application. On July 21. 1982 the <br />Jackson County ..dter Conservancy District filed a protest <br />to the referee's ruling on the grounds that the ruling failed <br />to contain the provisions of the stipulation between th~ <br />applicant ana protestant. A protest to the ruling of the <br />referee was also filed by Wamsley Cattle Company which pro~ ~ <br />test was subsequently withdrawn. <br /> <br />All matters containeJ in the application have been <br />reviewej and testimony taken where such testimony is neces- <br />sary and t~~ court finds th~t the statements contained in <br />the application ar~ true and that applicant is entitled to <br />the water right requested in the application.
