RULING OF REFEREE, ----------------------------------------------------------------- CONCERNING THE APPLICATION FOR WATER RIGHTS OF THE COLORADO WATER CDNS~RVATION BOARD ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF COLORADO IN NORTH FORK SAGUACHE CREEK, A NATURAL STREAM IN SAGUACHE COUNTY ----------------------------------------------------------------- The matter, having come on before the court on the applica- tion of the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the court being fully advised as to the matter of the appl ication herein, hereby makes the following findings: The application herein was filed with the water clerk, Water Division No.3, on the 28th of December, 1982. All notices required by law of the fil ing of this application have been fulfilled, and the court has jurisdiction over the applica- tion. No statements of opposition were filed to the application. All matter contained in the application has been reviewed and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the court finds that the statements contained in the application are true and that appl icant is entitled to the water right requested in the ap~lication.
