COME NOW the United States of America, hy its attol.neys,

and the Applicant, Colorado Wate'r Conservation Board, by and

through its attorneys, and hereby stipulate and agree as follows:

1. The inclu~ion of the following provisions in the

Referee's ruling and decree of Court entered thereon will protect

th~ interests of the United States of America:
