The downstream < <br />terminus is located in an unserveyed area but appears to be <br />in section 14, T. 12 S., R. 75 W., 6th P.M. This segment <br />can be located on the Fairplay West, Garo, Hartsel, Sulphur <br />Mtn., U.S.G.S. quadrangle. <br /> <br />4. This appropriation is made pursuant to C.R.S. <br />1973, 37-92-102(3) and 37-92-103(3), (4), and (10). Water <br />was first applied to beneficial use on January 30, 1980. <br />No diversion of the water right herein will be made from <br />the natural stream channel. <br /> <br />8.
