<br />claimed: The natural strearn channel from the confluence of Spring c;reek at latitude 380
<br />46'48"N and longitude 1050 I2'54"W as the upstream terminus and extending to the
<br />confluence of Fourmile Creek at latitude 380 45'02"N and longitude 1050 I5'5I"W as the
<br />downstream'terminus, being a distance of approximately 4.1 miles. This segment can be
<br />located on the Cripple Creek North and Wrights Reservoir U.S.G.S. quadrangles. See Exhibit
<br />A.

<br />Engineer has determined for administrative purposes that the approximate legal description 9f
