<br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the NE/4 SE/4
<br />sec. 12 TllS R71W 6th P.M. as the upstream terminus and
<br />extending to the confluence with the South Pl.atte River in
<br />the vicinity of lat. 39 deg. 08'45"N, long 305 deg. 18'54"W
<br />as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approxi-
<br />mately 4.0 miles. This segment can be located on the
<br />Hackett Mountain and Cheesman Lake U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s).

<br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has
<br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into
<br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from
<br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Downstream terminus in the SE/4
<br />sec. 27 T10S R71W 6th P.M.
