The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity <br />of latitude 37002'52" North and longitude 106022'40" West <br />as the upstream terminus and extending to the confluence <br />with the Rio de los Pinos at latitude 37000'22" North and <br />longitude 106021'20" West as the downstream terminus, being <br />a distance of approximately 3.4 miles. This segment can be <br />located on the Cumbres and Osier U.S.G.S. quadrangles. <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: upstream terminus in the NE/4, NE/4, <br />NE/4, sec. 2, T32N, R5E, N.M.P.~., 250' FNL, 250' FEL; down- <br />stream terminus in the SE/4, SW/4, SW/4, sec. 18, T32N, R6E, <br />N.M.P.M., 500' FSL, 900' FWL. <br /> <br />3.
