vicinity of NE~NE~, Section 2~, Township 13 South,
Range 70 West, 6th P.M., Teller County, at'a point
approximately 600 feet South and 1000 feet West
of the NE Corner, Section 26, as the upstream
terminus and the confluence of Trout Creek in the
SE~~~, Section 34, Township 11 South, Range 69 West,
at a'point approximately 1700 feet south and 2000
feet East of the NW Corner, Section 34, as the
downstream terminus, being a distance of approximately
14.6 miles.
