<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED: <br /> <br />Name and address of claimant: <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 721 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />WATER RIGHT <br /> <br />Name of natural stream: Conejos River. <br /> <br />Location: Legal description of beginning and end points of <br />minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from the <br />confluence with Elk Creek in NE/4 NE/4 Sl T33N R5E NMPM as the <br />upstream terminus and the U.S.G.S. gauge near Mogote at lat. 37 <br />deg. 03'14"N, long. 106 deg. 11'13"W as the downstream terminus <br />being a distance of approximately 19.5 miles. This segment can <br />be located on the La Jara Canyon, Osier, Fox Creek, and Antonito <br />U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Priority date: October 7, 1982 provided, however, that <br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases <br />filed prior to 1982 and otherwise junior as provided in section <br />37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Flow amount claimed: 90.0 c.f.s. - summer (May 1 through <br />Sept. 30); 45.0 c.f.s. - winter (Oct. 1 through Apr. 30). <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1985 <br />Supp.). No diversion of the water right herein will be made from <br />the natural stream channel. <br /> <br />Stipulation: The terms and conditions of the Stipulation <br />and Agreement attached as Exhibit A are incorporated herein as <br />part of the decree. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
