3. The board's wat~r rights shall be subordinated

graphs 2.a. through d.. only to the extent that the water
rlgnts owned by the ftater Users are used for dgricultural
purposes (includi'g but not by way of limitation stock water-
ing. Incidental domestic use a~uifer recharge and for augmen-
tation of the purposes describedl and storag~ in connection
_ith SJch uses.

restrictions on the use of pre- or postcompact reservoirs

new plans.

5. This stipulatio, and agreement establishes no
general ~rinciple or precedent with respect to any other \
interstate stream.

6. This stipulation and agreement is not intended
to limit any other lawful uses which the Water ~sers might
other.ise be entitled to make of their water rights.

7. The board does not waive its right to Object to
any present or future uses of water rights or any part thereof.
