The natural stream channel from the confluence of Felch Creekat latitude <br />380 32' 35" N and.1ongitude 1050 13' 13" W as the upstream terminus and <br />extending to the Canon Heights Diversion Structure at latitude 380 31' 44" N and <br />longitude 1050 12' 59" W as the downstream terminus, being a distance of <br />approximately 1.2 miles, This segment can be located on the Cooper Mountain <br />U.S.G,S. quadrangle. <br /> <br />b. Administration: For the stream segments in an unsurveyed area, the <br />Division Engineer has determined for administrative purposes that the approximate <br />.legal description of the instream flow termini as protracted from U,S,G.S. and/or <br />'p.S.F.S. mapping is as follows: upstream terminus 3,100 feet from the south' <br />section line and 750 feet from the east section line, in the SE y., NE y., of Section 28, <br />T17S, R70W, 61h P.M.; and downstream terminus 3,350 feet from the south section <br />line and 350 feet from the west section line, in the SW y., NW y., of Section 34; <br />T17S, R70W, 61h P.M. <br /> <br />5. Use of the water: <br /> <br />Instream flow to preserve the natural enviromnent to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />6.
