South Hardscrabble Creek, a tributary of the

PRIORITY DATE: January 14, 1976, provided, however, that this
right shall be junior to all priorities awarded
in cases filed prior to 1976, and otherwise
junior as'provided in CRE 1973,37-92-306.'

AMOUNT OF WATER: 1.5 c.f.s.

USE OF WATER: To maintain such m1n1murn flows as are -required
to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That Applicant shall install and

maintain such water-measurement devices, recording devices,

content gauges'and inlet and outlet measurement and recording

devices, as the case may be, as are deemed essential by th~
Office of the State Engineer, and the same shall be installed
and operated in accordance with instructions from said Office.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That copies of this ruling shall

be mailed as provided by statute.
