LM/WC agree that water supplied for in-house use to the <br />Village at Wolf Creek will be treated by centralized wastewater <br />treatment methods before being discharged to the stream. The <br />parties anticipate that the net consumptive use of this water <br />will be approximately 5%. <br /> <br />10. The CWCB agrees that it will approve any proposed <br />decree in Case No. 87CW7 that contains terms and conditions at <br />least as restrictive on LM/WC as those contained in this stipu- <br />lation and that contains the terms of paragraphs 2(f), 2(g), 3, <br />4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 above in their entirety. The CWCS shall have <br />the right to void this stipulation if the application in Case No. <br />87CW7 is amended a third time. <br /> <br />11. LM/WC agree that they will approve any proposed decree <br />in Case No. 89CW19 that contains the terms of paragraphs 6 <br />through 8 above in their entirety. LM/WC shall have the right to <br />void this stipulation if the application in Case No. 89CW19 is <br />amended. <br /> <br />12.
