Glernnoor and the CWCB shall remain on the mailing list in each case and shall <br /> <br />receive copies of any proposed ruling or decree submitted to the court. Ih the event either matter <br /> <br />goes to trial, the respective applicants agree to seek a decree with terms no less protective of the <br /> <br />rights of the other party than the terms of this stipulation. <br /> <br />8.
