In Case Nos. 95CWI98A and 95CW198B, Glenmoor seeks approval ofa plan for <br /> <br />augmentation, including appropriative rights of substitution and exchange, on Greenwood, Gulch. <br /> <br />B. In Case No. 93CWlOO, the CWCB seeks confirmation of its instream flow water right <br /> <br />on Little Dry Creek for 2.2 c.f.s. year round with a date of appropriation of July 22, 1993. <br /> <br />C. The primary source of water for the Golf Course is water delivered through the High <br /> <br />Line Canal, ;tibject to a contract with the Denver Water Department ("Denver") and the terms of <br /> <br />Glenmoor's Raw Water Lease Agreement (the "Lease") with Denver.
