A Motion to Intervene filed on behalf of the City of Englewood was granted on January 1, 1994. No other Statements of Opposition have been filed and the time for filing such statements has now expired. c. Summarv of Consultation: On November 29, 1993, the Division Engineer for Water Division No. 1 submitted a Summary of Consultation stating that the Application appears to be adequate and recommending that the Application should be issued by the Referee as a ruling conditioned upon adequate proof as to the appropriation date and the amounts claimed as absolute. The Referee has given this recommendation due consideration. d.
