satisfied, just below the confluence of the Cherry Hills Country Club's Hole 18 Pipeline and Little Dry Creek and the Cherry Hills Country Club is lawfully making a physical diversion of the entire flow of Greenwood Gulch to Little Dry Creek through the Hole 18 Pipeline, Glenmoor will limit its exchange of replacement water-Ieased from Denver up Greenwood Gulch to the amount of inflow in the Greenwood Gulch drainage above the most downstream outlet of the existing Glenmoor Ponds. Such inflow shall include calculated inflow into the Glenmoor Ponds pursuant to the decrees to be entered in Case Nos, 95CW198A and 95CW198B. 4. Glenmoor will install, operate and maintain at its own expense such measuring devices as the Division Engineer may require for administration of the water rights decreed in Case Nos. 95CW198A and 95CW198B. GJenmoor will install, operate and maintain at its own expense such measuring devices as are deemed necessary to determine the inflow into the Glenmoor Ponds. In addition, GJenmoor will keep such records as are required by the State and Division Engineers' Office to administer the terms of this stipulation. Glenmoor shall account for water diverted under the decrees entered in 95CW198 and 95CW198B on accounting forms acceptable to the Division Engineer and Glenmoor shall provide such accounting information to the Division Engineer as reasonably requested. The State and Division Engineers and their duly authorized assistants and staff may have access to the measuring devices in order to make readings thereof., 5. Glenmoor agrees to incorporate the terms of this entire Stipulation as' an exhibit to, and the specific terms of the foregoing ~~ 3 and 4 into the text of, any decree to be presented to the Court in Case No. 95CWI 98B. 6.
