The natural stream channel from the confluence of JQS Gulch and Golden Castle <br />Gulch at latitude 39035' 08"N and longitude 107054' 55"W (SW NW, SEC 26, <br />T5S R94W, 6'h P,M.)(850 feet east of the west section line of Section 26 and 2820 <br />feet north of the south section line of Section 26) as the upstream terminus and <br />extending to the confluence of Second Anvil Creek at latitude 390 34' 05"N and <br />longitude 107056' 52"W (NE SW, SEC 33, T5S R94W, 6'h P.M.)(2230 feet east <br />of the west section line of Section 33 and 1800 feet north of the south section line <br />of Section 33) as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approximately 2.2 <br />miles. This segment can be located on the Anvil Points U.S.G.S. quadrangle. <br /> <br />5. Use of the water: <br /> <br />Instream flow to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />6, Date of initiation of appropriation: <br /> <br />January 26, 2000. <br /> <br />7.
