Legal description of the stream segment through which an instream flow is

a. The natural stream channel from the confluence of JQS Gulch and Golden Castle
Gulch at latitude 39035' 08"N and longitude 107054' 55"W (SW NW, SEC 26,
T5S R94W, 6'h P,M.)(850 feet east of the west section line of Section 26 and 2820
feet north of the south section line of Section 26) as the upstream terminus and
extending to the confluence of Second Anvil Creek at latitude 390 34' 05"N and
longitude 107056' 52"W (NE SW, SEC 33, T5S R94W, 6'h P.M.)(2230 feet east
of the west section line of Section 33 and 1800 feet north of the south section line
of Section 33) as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approximately 2.2
miles. This segment can be located on the Anvil Points U.S.G.S. quadrangle.

Instream flow to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree.
