The statements in the application are true. <br /> <br />2. The name of the stream involved is South Fork Williams <br />Fork River. <br /> <br />3. The name of the claimant and address is The Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board; 1313 Sherman Street; Denver, Colorado. <br /> <br />4. The s6urce of the water is the South.Fork Williams Fork <br />River, tributary to the Williams Fork River, tributary to the <br />Colorado River. <br /> <br />5. Description of beginning and end points of minimum stream <br />flow claimed: the natural stream channel from a point located at <br />Lat. 39044'47" N.~ Long. 106001'42" W. as the upstream terminus, <br />and its confluence with the Williams Fork River at Lat. 39048'08" <br />N. ; Long. 106001'46" W. as the downstream terminus. <br /> <br />6. The use of the water is to appropriate such <br />stream flows as are required to preserve the natural <br />to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />minimum <br />environment <br /> <br />~t <br /> <br />7.
