for administrative purposes that the approximate legal d6scription of the instream
flow termini as protracted from U.S.G.S. and/or U.S.F.S. mapping is as follows:
downstream terminus SE SE, S 15, T17S, R69W, 6th PM, at a point 1050 feet from the
south section line and 300 feet from the east section line.
