The applicant and the Rio Grande Water Users Association
entereo into a stipulated agreemdnt dated March 10. 1983 whereby
the appl icant agreed to subordinate the water rights for the
stream segment listed in this application to certain practices of
the w~ter users for the purDos~ of maximizing the beneficial use
of the water availa~le for use in Colorado under the ~i~.Grande
c.ompa::t.
