That the undersigned Water Referee held an informal <br />hearing on this and several other related cases on July 19, <br />1984, at the Judicial Building in Pueblo, Colorado, and that <br />those present were as follows: Steven J. Shupe, Assistant <br />Attorney General; Dan Merriman, Colorado Division of Wildlife; <br />Steve Puttmann, Colorado Water Conservation Board; and Kenneth <br />J. Cooper, Assistant Division Engineer. Charles M. Elliott, <br />Attorney for Objector, participated by telephone from Denver. <br />5. That Mr. Merriman and Mr. Puttmann were placed under <br />oath and testimony was heard. <br />6. That Applicant agreed to submit a proposed ruling in <br />the matter which will have been approved by the Objector. <br />7. That such a proposed ruling has been received by the <br />Referee which is co-signed by Attorney for Objector and attached <br />hereto. <br /> <br />8.
