The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the NW/4 SW/4 <br />Sec. 28 T11N R74W 6th P.M. as the upstream terminus and- <br />extending to the confluence with Sheep Creek in the SW/4 <br />NE/4 ~ec. 27 T11N R73W 6th P.M. as the downstream terminus <br />being a distance of approximately 8.9 miles. This segment <br />can be located on the Eaton Reservoir and Diamond Peak <br />U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />3. The source of water: <br /> <br />George Creek <br />4. The date of appropriation: <br /> <br />November 8, 1985 <br /> <br />5. The amount of water claimed: <br /> <br />3.0 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />6. The use of the water: <br /> <br />To maintain such minimum flows as are required to preserve <br />the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to <br />sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & 1986 Supp.).
