Legal description of the stream segment through which an instream <br />flow is claimed: <br /> <br />The confluence with Failes Creek at latitude 380 14' 55"N and longitude <br />1 070 24' 23 "W as the upstream terminus and extending to the headgate of <br />Big Blue Ditch at latitude 380 20' 45"N and longitude 107025' 16"W as the <br />downstream terminus, being a distance of approximately 7.5 miles.
