flow is claimed:

The confluence with Failes Creek at latitude 380 14' 55"N and longitude
1 070 24' 23 "W as the upstream terminus and extending to the headgate of
Big Blue Ditch at latitude 380 20' 45"N and longitude 107025' 16"W as the
downstream terminus, being a distance of approximately 7.5 miles. This
segment can be located on the Lost Lake and Sheep MOWltain U.S,G,S,
quadrangles.
