Legal description of the stream segment through which <br />an instream flow is claimed. <br /> <br />The natural stream channel of North Boulder <br />Creek from the Silver Lake Diversion Struc- <br />ture at latitude 40000' 49" N and longitude <br />105033'28" W, in the NW/4, NW/4, Sec. 34, <br />T1N, R73W, 6th P.M. as the upstream terminus <br />and extending to the confluence with Lakewood <br />Reservoir North Boulder Creek Inlet in the <br />NE/4, SE/4, Sec. 1, T1S, R73W, 6th P.M. as <br />the downstream terminus, being a distance of <br />approximately 4.0 miles. This segment can be <br />located on the Ward and Nederland U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangles and is depicted on E~hibit A. <br /> <br />6. Use of the water: <br /> <br />Instream flow to preserve the natural environment to a <br />reasonable degree. <br /> <br />7. Date of initiation of appropriation: <br /> <br />November 10, 1993. <br /> <br />8.
