of the 6th P.M., Park County and confluence Buffalo
Creek Latitude 38059111" Longitude 105059'25" in the
SE~SW~, Section 22, Township 12 South, Range 77 West of
the 6th P.M., at a point approximately 1000 feet North
and 2600 feet East.of the SW Corner, Section 22, a dis-
tance of approximately 4.6 miles.
