The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters at a lake in the <br />NW/4,SW/4 Sec. 29 TllN R74W 6th P.M. as the upstream <br />terminus and extending to the confluence with Sheep Creek <br />in the SE/4 NE/4 Sec. 11 TllN R74W 6th P.M. as the down- <br />stream terminus-being a distance of approximately 5.6 <br />miles. This segment can be- located on the Eaton Reservoir <br />U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />3. The source of water: <br /> <br />Beaver Creek <br /> <br />4. The date of appropriation: <br /> <br />November 8, 1985 <br /> <br />5. The amount of water claimed: <br /> <br />1.0 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />6. The use of the water: <br /> <br />To maintain such minimum flows as are required to preserve <br />the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to <br />sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & 1986 Supp.).
