<br />This Application was filed on December 30, 2002, and was referred to the
<br />Water Referee for Water Division No, 4, in accordance with C,R.S, 9 9 37-92-101, et
<br />seq. All notices required by law of the filing of this Application have been fulfilled
<br />and the Referee has jurisdiction of this Application, No Statements of Opposition
<br />were filed in this matter and the time to do so has expired, On June 11, 2003, the
<br />Division Engineer submitted a Summary of Consultation and the Referee has given it
