The appropriation date for these enlarge- <br />ments shall be the date on which the filings are approved by <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board. The decrees awarded <br />as a result of these filings shall be junior in priority to <br />the District's augmentation plan decreed in Case No. 82CW328, <br />Water Division 5 and shall contain terms and conditions <br />consistent with this agreement. <br /> <br />B.
