<br />. <br /> <br />r. <br /> <br />l. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />will stipulate to decrees for water rights applications filed <br />by the Colorado Water Conservation Board to extend the summer <br />instream flow period on Black Gore Creek and Gore Creek as <br />shown in Table A. The appropriation date for these enlarge- <br />ments shall be the date on which the filings are approved by <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board. The decrees awarded <br />as a result of these filings shall be junior in priority to <br />the District's augmentation plan decreed in Case No. 82CW328, <br />Water Division 5 and shall contain terms and conditions <br />consistent with this agreement. <br /> <br />B. The Colorado Department of Natural Resources <br />agrees that the terms of this Agreement and the Decree in <br />Case No. B2CW328 will satisfy all of the Department I s <br />concerns relative to the mitigation of environmental and <br />water quality impacts resulting from the use by exchange of <br />Green Mountain Reservoir water by the District and will <br />recommend to the Bureau of Reclamation that no further <br />mi tigation for environmental and water quality impacts is <br />required for the use of Green Mountain Reservoir water by the <br />District. <br /> <br />Agreed to this <br /> <br />day of January, 1986. <br /> <br />VAIL VALLEY CONSOLIDATED WATER <br />DISTRICT <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />Edmund H.
