All notices required by law of the filing of this appl ication have been ful- fi11ej, and the court h'lS Jurisdiction over the application. No statements of opposition were filed to this application. The aopl icant and the Rio Grande Water Users Association entereu into a stipulated agreement dated March 10. 1983 whereby the aapl icant agreed to subordinate the water rights for the stream segment listeu in this dpplication to certain practices of the water users for the purpose of ,"aximizing the beneficial use of the water availaDle for use in Colorado under the Rio Grande C:HlpaCt. r All matters contained In the application have been reviewed and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the court finds that the statements contained in the application are true and that appl icant is entitleo to the water right requested in tile app Ii cati on.
