A NATU~AL STREAM IN THE WATERSHED OF THE GUNNISON ~IVER IN SAGUACHE COUNTy ----------------------------------------------------------------- THIS MATTER. having come on before the court on the appli- cation of the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the court being fully advised as to the matter of the application herein, hereby ~akes the following findings: The application herein was filed with the water clerk, Water Division 4. on september 16, 1982. On July 15, 1983 the court entered an order granting relief from strict conformity with local court rule Z-4(1) by allowing the applicant to describe stream segments in unsurveyed areas by longitude and latitude. Dn July Zit 1983. the applicant filed a first supple- ment to the application reflecting the incorporation by reference of an informational map showing the relative location of the instream flow segment claimed in the application. On February 5. 1985 the court allowed the filing of an amended application to correct the legal description of the stream. All notices required by law for the filing of this application have been ful- filled, and the court has juriSdiction over the application. No statements of opposition were filed to this application. All matters Contained in the application have been reviewed and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the court finds that the statements contained in the application are true and that applicant is entitled to the water right requested in the application.
