The source of the water is: <br /> <br />pine Creek, tributary to the Yampa River. <br /> <br />5. The date of appropriation is: <br /> <br />September 16, 1992. <br /> <br />6. The appropriation was initiated by: <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board action pursuant <br />to the provisions of Sections 37-92-102(3), <br />37-92-103(3), (4), and (10), C.R.S.
