This segment can be located on the <br />Almont U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Priority date: June 3, 1982 provided, however, that this <br />right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases filed <br />prior to 1983, and otherwise junior as provided in section <br />37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Amount of water claimed: Instream flow of 50.0 c.f.s. -- <br />summer (May I-Sept. 30); 27.0 c.f.s. -- winter (Oct. I-Apr. 30). <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & <br />1986 Supp.). No diversion of the water right herein will be made <br />from the natural stream channel. <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the applicant shall install and <br />maintain such water measurement devices, recording devices, con- <br />tent gauges and inlet and outlet measurement and recording <br />devices, as the case may be, as are deemed essential by the <br />Office of the State Engineer, and the same shall be installed and <br />operated in accordance with instructions from said office. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
