in an unsurveyed area but it appears to be in NE~, Section
27 I Township 7 North, Range 75 ~vest of the 6th P.M.,
Larimer County, as the upstream terminus and Latitude
40034'27" North, Longitude 105051'37" West, in an unsurveyed
area but it appears to be in SE~, Section 13, Township 7
North, Range 76 West of the 6th P.M., as the downstream
. .terminus, a distance of approximately 3 miles.
