This segment can be located on the Aspen, Highland <br />Peak, Woody Creek and Basalt U.S.G.S. quadrangles. <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments in an unsurveyed <br />area, the division engineer has determined for administrative <br />purposes that the approximate legal description of the instream <br />flow termini as protracted from U.S.G.S. mapping is as follows: <br />upstream terminus in the SE/4 NW/4 S2 T10S R85S 6th PM, more spe- <br />cifically at a point whence the NW corner of said section bears <br />N59 OOW, a distance of 2,800 ft. <br /> <br />Priority date: November 8, 1985. <br /> <br />Amount of water: Flow in c.f.s.: Instream flow of 55.0 <br />c.f.s. summer (April 1 through September 30); 30.0 c.f.s. winter <br />(October 1 through March 31). <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to. preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S.
