2. The name of the stream 1s Avalanche Cree~, a
tr1butary of the Crystal R1ver, the Roar1nr, Fork'R1ver and the
Colorado R1ver, 1n the County of P1tkin, and the minimum stream
flow cla1med 1s for 10 cub1c' feet of water per second of time
from October 1 through Apr11 30 of each year; and for 22 cUbic
feet of water per second of t1me from May 1 through September
30 of each year; 1n place 1n the stream bed.
