The use of the water: <br /> <br />This appropriation is made pursuant to C.R.S. 1973, 37-92- <br />102(3) and 37-92-103(3) and (4). The purpose of this <br />appropriation by the state of Colorado is to insure the <br />preservation of a minimum stream level to protect.the <br />natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />8. The priority herein awarded said Johnson Creek was filed <br />in the Water Court in the year of 1978 and shall be ad- <br />ministered as having been filed in that year; and shall be <br />junior to all priorities filed in previous years.
