THIS CLAIM, having been filed with the Water Clerk, Water Division No.3, on May 31, 1989 and the Referee being fully advised in the premises, does hereby find: All notices required by law of the filing of this applica- tion have been fulfilled, and the Referee has jurisdiction over this application and all other parties affected hereby, whether they have appeared or not. Statements of opposition to the application were timely filed by American Water Development, Inc. (A.W.D.I.) and Haidakhandi Universal Ashram (Haidakhandi), A.W.D.I. 's statement of opposition was withdrawn by order of the court on August 28, 1989. The applicant and Haidakhandi have stipulated to the entry of a decree in this matter. A copy of the stipulated agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by refer- ence. No other statements of opposition were filed to the appli- cation and the time for filing such statements has expired. All matters contained in the application having been reviewed, and testimony having been taken where such testimony is necessary, and such corrections made as are indicated by the evi- dence presented here, IT IS HEREBY THE RULING OF THE REFEREE:
