The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the outlet of Beaver Reser- <br />voir in the SW/4 SW/4 sec. 24, T2N, R73W 6th P.M. as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with <br />South St. Vrain Creek at lat. .40 deg. 07' 09" N long. 105 <br />deg. 28' 32" ~ as the downstream terminus, being a distance <br />of approximately 2.4 miles. This segment can be located on <br />the Ward and Goldhill U.S.G.S. quadrangles. <br />, ' <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />USGS mapping as follows: downstream terminus in the SE/4 sec. 20, <br />T2N, R72W, 6th P.M. <br /> <br />3.
