2. The legal description of the structure:

The natural stream channel from headwaters in the NW/4 SE/4
sec. 26, TIIN, R74W, 6th P.M. as the upstream terminus and
extending to the confluence with George Creek in the NW/4
SE/4 sec. 28, TIIN, R73W, 6th P.M. as the downstream
terminus, being a distance of approximately 4.1 miles.
This segment can be located on the Eaton Reservoir and Dia-
mond Peak U.S.G.S. quadrangles.

4. The date of appropriation:
December 11, 1987

5. The amount of water claimed:

Instream flow of 1.0 c.f.s. (Apr. 1 through Oct. 31); 0.5
c.f.s. (Nov. 1 through Mar. 31).

6. The use of the water:

To maintain such minimum flows as are required to preserve
the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to
sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & 1987 Supp.). No
diversion of the water right herein will be made from the
natural stream channel.

8. The priority herein awarded, said Cornelius Creek in-
stream flow, was filed in the water court in the year of 1987 and
shall be administered as having been filed in that year; and
shall be junior to all priorities filed in previous years. As

shall be determined by historical dates of appropriation and not
affected by the date of entry of ruling.
