The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the NW/4 SE/4 <br />sec. 26, TIIN, R74W, 6th P.M. as the upstream terminus and <br />extending to the confluence with George Creek in the NW/4 <br />SE/4 sec. 28, TIIN, R73W, 6th P.M. as the downstream <br />terminus, being a distance of approximately 4.1 miles. <br />This segment can be located on the Eaton Reservoir and Dia- <br />mond Peak U.S.G.S. quadrangles. <br /> <br />3. The source of water: <br /> <br />Cornelius Creek <br /> <br />4. The date of appropriation: <br />December 11, 1987 <br /> <br />5. The amount of water claimed: <br /> <br />Instream flow of 1.0 c.f.s. (Apr. 1 through Oct. 31); 0.5 <br />c.f.s. (Nov. 1 through Mar. 31). <br /> <br />6. The use of the water: <br /> <br />To maintain such minimum flows as are required to preserve <br />the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to <br />sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & 1987 Supp.).
